1. Who we are
berrikos.com.au is operated by Berriko’s, a Melbourne hospitality business trading across Dandenong, Ormond, and Docklands. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
2. Orders and payments
- Orders placed through this site are for pickup at the location you choose. Prices and availability are shown at the time of ordering.
- Payments are processed by Square. By placing an order you also agree to Square’s terms.
- If the kitchen can’t fulfil an order (ingredient out of stock, an item you ordered is no longer available, etc.) we’ll contact you with a substitution or refund.
- Refunds for any other reason go through Square — message us and we’ll action it.
3. Accounts
You can place an order as a guest. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your email inbox secure (that’s where the magic-link sign-in goes). Tell us if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
4. Content
Menu descriptions, photography, the Berriko’s name, and the site design belong to Berriko’s. You’re welcome to link to pages on the site and share them on social media. You can’t republish the content commercially or mirror the site without written permission.
5. Accuracy
We try hard to keep the live menu accurate via our Square catalog, but occasional errors happen (a price changed mid-refresh, an item sold out). If something’s off, we’ll make it right.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by Australian law, Berriko’s is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws — the Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the update.
