We run three diners across Melbourne today — Dandenong, Ormond, and a Docklands pickup kiosk. A concept tested across a 24/7 flagship, a late-night sit-down dining room, and a high-foot-traffic transit location.

Most cafés compete on breakfast and burgers. Our loaded waffles, crêpes, churro bites and brownies pull a dessert crowd that chain cafés simply don't get — higher ticket size, higher post-8pm revenue.
All-day revenue windows
Breakfast coffee, lunch burgers, afternoon treats, dinner and a late-night dessert service. You're not dark at 4pm like a typical café — the fitout earns across 14-plus trading hours a day.
Built for flexibility
Full diner (Dandenong / Ormond model) or compact pickup kiosk (Docklands model) — the concept scales down for a transit or food-court footprint without breaking the menu.

Who we’re looking for
Operators, not investors.
We’re opening Berriko’s with people who want to run the venue themselves — on the floor, behind the pass, or both. Hands-off investors should look elsewhere; our concept only works when someone who cares is in the building.
Hospitality experience is a big plus but not mandatory. What matters more is obsessive attention to detail, a history of running something well (any industry), and the capital to open a proper venue without cutting corners on equipment or people.
Multi-site operators welcome — we already have conversations going for second and third sites with existing franchisees in other systems.
